He currently serves as the Group Managing Director of TG Holdings Ghana Limited, where he is responsible for overseeing strategy, governance, and growth across the Group’s multi-sectoral portfolio spanning finance, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, energy, technology, and more.

Mr. Macaulay’s career spans executive and board-level roles in some of Africa’s most respected financial institutions, including Standard Bank Group, Stanbic IBTC, First City Monument Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank. At Standard Bank, he led Business and Commercial Banking across 17 African markets and key offshore jurisdictions, playing a central role in SME financing, digital transformation, and continental portfolio growth. Under his leadership, Standard Bank was named the 2024 EMEA Best Bank for SMEs in Africa.
