Mills Lamptey, a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK) and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants – Ghana, brings over twenty years of audit, accounting, and advisory service experience to his role as Board Chairman. Prior to serving as Board Chairman for the Group, Mr. Mills Lamptey served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Financial Services Limited (SFS) and Sterling Securities Limited (SSL). He has also worked for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Ghana and served as the Financial Accountant United Dominion Trust, UK. With a background spanning multiple sectors and industries, and international management experience in the UK, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Mills Lamptey has a holistic understanding of the challenges and opportunities that the organization faces, both domestically and globally. As a global business leader, he has demonstrated success in steering companies through periods of growth, transformation, and crisis management.
