Mr. Mills Lamptey, a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK) and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants – Ghana, brings over twenty years of audit, accounting, and advisory service experience to his role as Managing Partner. Prior to leading the firm, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Financial Services Limited (SFS) and Sterling Securities Limited (SSL), successfully transforming SSL within a short period. His international background includes work with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Ghana and as a Financial Accountant at United Dominion Trust in the UK. With a diverse portfolio spanning various industries and locations, including Kenya, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Dubai, Mr. Lamptey’s expertise and leadership have been pivotal in his remarkable professional journey.
