Our Story
Projections suggest that this rising domestic demand for advanced business accommodations will be particularly significant in industrialized clusters and crucial transportation hubs, where both domestic and international businesses have already established their presence.
Since achieving independence, Ghana has experienced three significant phases of industrialisation.
These include an inward, overprotected ISI (import substitution industrialisation) strategy from 1965 to 1983, followed by an outward, liberalised industrialisation strategy from 1984 to 2000.
